Abstract:
Vehicle braking system is a crucial element from point of operational safety. It serves not only for vehicle retardation, stopping and its blocking, but it is also used for electronic monitoring of transmission traction force and directional stabilization. It is possible by means of the brake control electronic system. Therefore it is necessary to monitor not only brake mechanical parts but also electronic parts technical state. This monitoring also provides at the same time possibilities to check regularly and automatically braking effect using dynamic measurement methods. Problem analysis and solving possibilities survey are main objective of the paper.
